36-year-old Randall Deer has proven he's one to watch following being announced as the 2011 Gold Coast Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
Founder and Managing Director of RewardsCorp Group, an Australian and international tourism marketing innovator specialising in travel and tourism, Deer has transformed his business into a $40 million entity since its launch in March 2005.
Comprising of RewardsCorp, Group Buying Escapes, Getaways Limited, and My Holiday Centre (awarded BRW's Fastest Growing Retail Travel Business in 2011); RewardsCorp Group is setting the benchmark for the tourism/travel industry. The company offers unique, global marketing systems and solutions that identify key consumer trends, develop the software and systems to effectively market to these new, niche markets and thereby offer immediate access for their travel and tourism partners to emerging incremental revenue streams.
