  • Randall Deer, Managing Director

    Founder and Managing Director of Ignite Travel Group (ITG), Randall's passion is innovation. By the age of 25, Randall was appointed the General Manager of one of Australia's largest private resort groups and just three years later, played a leading role in the creation of Australia's largest publicly listed (ASX) integrated travel groups. Since launching RewardsCorp in 2005 – an innovative tourism marketing company that challenges traditional practices – Randall has continued to create and deliver unique, profitable & sustainable travel marketing solutions that have led to the unprecedented growth of Ignite Travel Group. Testament to his success as an industry frontrunner, Randall has been named for the second consecutive year as 2012 Gold Coast Young Entrepreneur of the Year and continues to be recognised for his progressive business models in travel and marketing.

  • Glen Archer, Business Development Director

    Glen applies his passion for marketing and product innovation to develop successful promotions for our partners. Joining Ignite Travel Group in 2006, Glen has been an integral part of the company's expansion and development. Glen holds a Master of Business Administration (Bond University, Australia) and Commerce degree (Canterbury University, New Zealand) and prior to working for Ignite Travel Group, held various senior positions in global travel and leisure based businesses as well as his own entrepreneurial start-ups.

  • Rod Carrington, Director of Product Development

    After 13 years experience in the travel industry, Rod joined Ignite Travel Group in 2013. Following a two year contract in the United Kingdom, where Rod managed the wholesale division and sales teams for Flight Centre, Rod returned to Brisbane in 2012 to head up Flight Centre Australia's land contracting area which included contracting product for Australia, South Pacific, Asia, South Africa and UK/Europe. It was after completing his bachelor of Business Marketing in Brisbane that he decided to travel the world which was where he developed his passion for travel. Rod has joined the Ignite team as a Director of Product Development to drive the strategic direction of product recruitment.

  • Megan Jurisich, Chief Financial Officer

    In a career spanning more than 20 years, Megan possesses a wide breadth of experience in the accounting industry that saw her assume the role of Chief Financial Officer of Ignite Travel Group in early 2012. After completing a Bachelor of Business with a major in accounting, Megan began her chartered accounting career with KPMG and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1996. Her industry accomplishments comprise a distinguished CFP certificate with The Financial Planning Association of Australia, representing an internationally recognised standard of excellence. Culminating her interests in finance and strategy, she transitioned from public practice to a commercial environment in 2004 to work with the fast moving consumer goods industry.
